WordEffect is an educational, coaching and training organization promoting the positive transformation of our words. We are leading social change so that harmful gossip, divisive language and segregating judgments are no longer considered acceptable behaviors.

Gossip and divisive language have transformed us into a divisive culture - felt within our families, friendships, social circles, workplace, churches, politics, schools and society as a whole. Many individuals, particularly our youth, are looking for peace within this conflict.

WordEffect’s services, products and campaigns can help combat the current culture of destructive language in schools while inspiring the positive transformation of  speech habits and encouraging kindness.

We believe that, just as negative language and gossip can lead to the many divides and conflicts among students, positive language and kindness can lead to  healing and unification.

To raise awareness about the power of words through educational mediums in an effort to help eradicate harmful gossip and divisive language; to encourage the enhancement and the quality of students’ lives and help restore a sense of oneness and connection within a school body.
